Keeping up with increasing service costs by various vendors, unexpected expenses in the last year and anticipating expenses outlined in reserve study, the board adopted the finance committee’s recommendation to increase the monthly assessments from the new FY starting September 2024.
You should have received a notice from our management company regarding the same (please note that the budget sheet printed in the notice had a couple of changes since and an email notification is being sent out to reflect the changes. It’s a good time to reach out to manager@martinschase.com if your email is currently not registered with the website/Gates Hudson Portal, so you won’t miss the update).
If you pay through ACH (Bank account), the new amount shall be auto-deducted with no action needed from your side (if you did not add any upper limit to the auto-debit). If you pay by check or credit card or any other way every month, please adjust the amount you pay. You can always reach out to manager@martinschase.com for any clarification regarding deductions.
