Frequenty Asked Questions

Yes, all owners and residents of Martin’s Chase are eligible to join this portal. Please reach out to the manager if you are having trouble registering.

In an effort to spare the residents from having to create yet-another-login, we are trying hard to support the popular providers like gmail/google, yahoo and others. Please reach out to your manager or IT if you are having issues using your gmail/yahoo accounts, or if you want us to look at adding another provider.

Not yet (or soon). GHACM portal will continue to function and you will continue to setup payments and look at notices. But most (if not all) of those functionalities are expected to be migrated to this portal at some point. But the email you use there should be migrated to allow you access to this portal.

Martin’s Chase HOA is responsible for maintaining the community, including but not limited to the following:

  • Common areas landscaping and maintenance
  • Seasonal Snow Removal
  • Clubhouse maintenance
  • Pool maintenance
  • Gym maintenance
  • Access Control
  • Surveillance
  • Social events
  • Trash Removal
  • Community facilities (tot lots etc.)

And more. Please go through the Governing Docs document found under the Documents sub-menu

We tried using the existing portal but have so little control over it that it is practically not possible to do as much as we want to. We want the resident portal to be as lively and as fun as possible for the residents and be a one-stop-shop for all resident needs. This wasn’t really possible with the Vantaca portal.

  • All resident documents (HOA Bylaws, etc.)
  • Calendar
  • Important Contacts
  • Social Committee Events
  • Clubhouse bookings

These are some of the things in this portal. If you have any suggestions for more, please reach out… It’s your community portal, please help make it more useful.

Please reach out to the resident manager or email IT to discuss more.
