    • East side entrance to common area trash and recycle center
    • West side entrance to the sidewalk leading to th clubhouse
    • First row parking spots on west side (in front of the busstop)
    • Handicapped parking spots near the clubhouse

    • North side: Path from parking lot (near the handicapped parking spots)
    • South side: Paths from the front, leading to the clubhouse

Sidewalks and Streets

    • In and around residential property lots:
      • Individual property owners/tenants are responsible to showel snow from sidewalks attached to their properties
      • This is a requirement of Loudoun County. (Link to the county ordinance)

  • Streets (other than the private street and alleys listed above):
    • Owned and Maintained by VDOT.

    VDOT is responsible for treating roads and clearing snow. As part of their effort to do so, they spread a combination of brine, salt and sand. If you are having issues with anything spread on the road, please contact VDOT.
